   Own the onboarding and offboarding process for incoming full-time staff and exiting employees including pre-boarding communications and documentation, entering new hires into the PEO system (TriNet), overseeing background checks, completing I9 verifications, processing terminations, and collaborating with IT on equipment provisioning and returns. Oversee all workplace accommodations and leave of absence (LOA) processes, managing intake, documentation, and coordination with payroll and compliance. Train and inform staff members on new system processes including e-verify, and TriNet PTO & Sick Time Tracking. Manage Braven’s relationship with PEO provider TriNet, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and resolution of HRIS-related issues. Own the full-cycle biweekly payroll preparation process and serve as the primary escalation point for payroll concerns. Maintain integrity and accuracy of all People data reporting, dashboards, and employment verifications across multiple systems. Serve as the first point of contact for People Ops inquiries, ensuring a timely, empathetic, and compliant response to all internal requests. Project-manage Braven’s annual benefits open enrollment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive staff engagement, education and communications.
