I also help members use our digital banking tools, make referrals to specialists, and collaborate with colleagues to meet yearly goals for growth and retention.

I\'m in my third year of the University of Victoria’s BCom program with a specialization in service management, and currently working as a Member Advisor with Island Savings, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, business strategy, and client service.
