About Donovan Stewart

Donovan is an experienced coach in rehab, strength, conditioning, and locomotive training. He has worked with clients of all ages and body types. No person that has worked with him left their practice not feeling more confident and mighty about what they can do using their body. Donovan has a unique skill set to support people in reaching their potential and goals while still keeping them engaged. Being a leader, Donovan has assisted not only clients, but gyms reach their highest revenue streams and increase their quality of trainers. He has managed teams and mentored co-workers to become the best version of themselves and create the best experiences for their client\'s training. On the path of ever-growing, he is always searching for education that will serve his peers and elicit the highest quality of training. Starting his career at one of the most lucrative and luxurious gyms in New York City, Donovan became one of the top 5 trainers within six months. Building his career, he sought out mentors and leaders to learn from that eventually led to creating his run group that is still being led by his cohorts today. Donovan has a vision of the connection between gym-goers in a time of social media and disconnection. To create more community, he became a group fitness instructor to place himself in front of more people at a single time. With that, he noticed how many people wanted to become healthier but were lacking a foundation of mobility that hindered their success. Investing in his education, Donovan became certified in multiple facets to understand the body and create the space for people to become curious about what they can do versus being held back by unfortunate limitations.
