I am a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Labour & Employment Group in Vancouver and Practice Lead of our Vancouver Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. I am also co-Lead of our National Retail and Consumer Markets Group. My practice focuses on numerous areas of employment and labour law, including as counsel in employment litigation, labour relations board and grievance arbitration matters, collective bargaining and human rights litigation.
