About Donovan Pierce

As a recent Finance graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business with an Associate Degree from Montgomery College in Maryland, I have developed a unique perspective, diverse skillset, and obtained the foundational skills necessary to thrive in future academic and professional endeavors. Since transferring to CU to finish undergraduate studies, I have gained invaluable experience both academically and through extracurricular activities such as case competitions, certifications, career fairs, and internship experience. Throughout my academic journey, I have taken on various part-time and full-time positions that have enabled me to build an array of skills in interpersonal communication, management, sales, customer service, and many more that will be essential to my success in future roles. Additionally, my academic and internship experience have enhanced my analytical skills, understanding and practical application of finance and real estate concepts, and ability to be a valuable team-member in collaborative settings. I currently work as a junior analyst at Sagard Real Estate and am passionate about the world of commercial real estate investment. I intend on building upon my knowledge and skills and establishing a career within portfolio management, asset management, or acquisitions roles. I am eager to add value, grow, and learn within a dynamic and challenging professional environment.
