I am a cross-functional Learning & Development leader who designs innovative, scalable solutions that strengthen leadership capability, improve performance, and elevate culture across an organization. With a systems-oriented approach and a strong foundation in executive coaching (M.A. in Executive Coaching & Consultation + PCC with the International Coaching Federation), I partner closely with leaders at all levels to help them transition into new roles, expand their capacity, and accelerate their growth.I thrive in environments where I can diagnose organizational needs, build structured frameworks, and deliver development experiences that empower people to execute with clarity and influence. 1. Learning & Development Lead

   LAIKA Studios

   Sep 2024 — Present · Portland, OR, US

   I lead the enterprise-wide Learning & Development function, responsible for building LAIKA’s L&D strategy, systems, and culture from the ground up. I architect the long-term vision for employee development, leadership capability building, compliance learning, and performance management across the studio.In partnership with the senior and executive leadership teams I support shaping LAIKA’s organizational philosophy around performance, leadership, and communication. I have directed the implementation of critical learning infrastructure including a studio-wide LMS, multiple LXP integrations, and company-wide core training programs to strengthen capability, elevate culture, and support the studio’s mission to tell original and enduring stories.Through our needs analysis processes I design high-impact training experiences for all levels (from new hires to executives) and facilitate sessions reaching up to 300 employees monthly. My work spans strategic change management, talent development, and performance system design, ensuring that learning is woven into the fabric of how LAIKA develops, evaluates, and empowers its people.
