ARM professionals maintain flight records, validate aircrew safety requirements and audit flight eligibility. We also play a crucial role in coordinating with various units to prevent flight cancellations and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Maintaining flight records and records of aircrew qualifications:ARM specialists track flight hours, monitor aviation requirements, and ensure aircrew meet all safety and physical requirements. Validating aircrew safety requirements:They ensure aircrew are qualified and authorized to fly, including managing flight physicals and medical clearances. Planning and organizing aircrew and parachutist activities:They coordinate training schedules, flight assignments, and other aviation-related activities. Monitoring aviation resource management system (ARTEMIS):ARM specialists use ARTEMIS (aviation resource tool enterprise management information system) to manage and control all operational and administrative aspects of aviation resources. Coordinating with other units:They work with maintenance, personnel, medical, and other units to ensure smooth flight operations. Developing and implementing administrative procedures:ARM professionals contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to aviation resource management.
