As an analyst, I oversee a portfolio of 300+ accounts. Reviewing new credit applications as they come in. Reviewing Commercial Credit reports and Personal Credit Reports for those that required a signed personal guarantee. Communicating with internal teams regarding service work orders, rental contracts, and equipment sales agreements to ensure payment plans or financing agreements are in place. Performing reconciliation of customer accounts & payment audit history. Along with auditing of accounts to ensure we have up to date applications on file and that business\' are still within compliance per the Michigan LARA website. Assisting customers with payments and setting them up on our online payment platform to ensure we are paid in a timely matter.
