Contribute to the conceptual design of databases/systems and data collection tools (e.g, surveys and forms) to ensure that surveillance and reporting needs are met-Conduct data integration by matching and merging records across complex data sources (e.g, disease reports in local/state notifiable condition systems, and electronic health records data)-Conduct data quality assurance, including data cleaning and developing data quality reports-Conduct epidemiological and statistical analysis using local, state, and national databases to support disease investigations and determine trends - incidence and prevalence of disease for policy and planning purposes-Create data visualizations and dashboards (e.g, using Tableau) for internal and external audiences-Develop reports and written summaries for internal and external audiences.Present findings to technical and lay audiences-When a TB outbreak is detected, or TB exposure has taken place in congregate settings, collaborate with Disease Control Officer (DCO) and Personal Health Services Supervisor (PHSS) to plan and lead the TB control activities and provide timely updates and reports.
