As a specialist, I administrate the New Hire and CO-OP Orientation and coordinate the ongoing training for Engineers and Engineering Support Staff. I helped to created an engineering training program in 2018 from not existence to currently 43 course offerings. Engineering training migrated from Regulatory Standards department over to Tech Ops Training department in December 2019. I followed to bridge the different training styles to allow for a seamless transition. With the promotion I increased my responsibilities from content and instructor liaison, to all aspects of Engineering Training: content, scheduling, logistics, communications, administration, and new hire liaison. I work closely with CO-OP specialist and Sr. Manager. Reports directly to Tech Operations Training management.
