About Donny Khalaf
I have a Bachelor degree at Lamar University minor in Computer Science. I want to invest my skills and qualifications within the field of Information Technology utilizing my skills and experience with the ability to learn and grow within an organization. I have gained work experience through variety of jobs from customer service, training, and support. This gives me vast knowledge on good working relationship with faculty. I have also gained a great deal of knowledge in technology from SuddenLink Cablevision, SorensonVRS Service, and Huffman Independent School District, where I currently work as a Technology Support Specialist with a main focus in Information Technology. These experiences have taught me how to communicate and providing support with many individuals and management in order to deliver exceptional service. My main goal is to improve and to keep up with technology trends to provide exceptional support for faculty.
