Responsible for the design, planning, construction and maintenance of company manufacturing facilities and properties. Facility Management Services for Class I, II, & Medical Device manufacturing cleanrooms with strict environmental compliance to FDA Regulations. Develop operating budgets and long-term facility condition assessment reports based on company growth and future facilities needs. Direct the maintenance programs of utilities and building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and Pest Control in a FDA Regulated facility. Oversee contracted Security force and Business Continuity for uninterrupted sustainability of Manufacturing. Recruit, select, hire, train, and manage the performance of department resources. Oversee the expansion of building space allocation and capacity for manufacturing of new product life cycles. Manage contracts for outside services including snow removal, lawn care, fire protection, Security, Cafeteria and Housekeeping Services. Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and emergency planning. Schedule, coordinate and Champion critical maintenance activities during factory shutdowns.
