BCS is a non-profit organization which improves certain qualified workers\' and displaced employees\' job prospects while assisting employers by finding matches for their needs for a more educated workforce. As a Business Account Executive, my main roles is to pay forward to employers to help place our job seeking customers. In some cases I offer and manage OJTs to reimburse employers when they hire our customers who have skills gaps. I also organize and manage workshops and hiring events and staff the employers and volunteers who assist job seekers. I especially enjoy facilitating incumbent worker training programs that reimburse employers who train existing employees to assure survival of the employers in the market and to avert employee layoffs.
