As leader of Property Management in the Carolinas responsibilities included portfolio/client development and oversight of management operations and personnel that provide third-party property, facility and project management services to a 30+ million square foot portfolio of over 200 office, industrial, and mixed use properties throughout North and South Carolina. Donnie holds a NC & SC broker\'s license and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation by Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He is currently a lacrosse coach for Providence Day School, volunteered as a Director and Coach with Charlotte Youth Lacrosse Association for over 15 years, and has coached and played in other programs. Donnie has served as a Board Director and/or Committee Member for Children & Family Services Center, St. Stephen United Methodist Church, Charlotte Mecklenburg Storm Water Advisory Committee, BOMA Greater Charlotte and various property owner associations.
