In this role, I am leading a team of L&D Superstars responsible for welcoming new operations employees to Rivian every week in our Manufacturing Basecamp program. We set the tone of our company\'s values, expectations and enthusiasm -all while helping folks navigate those first few days, which for any new employee at any company can be challenging. Alongside our main orientation/intro-to-onboarding program, we also consult, design, develop and deliver learning content that benefits all employees at the Normal manufacturing plant from eLearnings & instructional videos to instructor-led trainings.
