ABOUT DONNIE PLUMMER

I have been in the mental health and addiction fields since my honorable discharge from the US Army in 1985. I have worked with both adults and adolescents teaching a verity of behavioral, substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management, and other skills. I have also provided SA and MH screening, assessment, and intake services. Penfield Christian Homes, Inc. is a Christ-centered ministry for reclaiming the lives of adult men and women suffering from addiction to drugs and alcohol. The PCH staff is certified by the Georgia Addiction Counselor’s Association or the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia. The PCH program is licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health, and certified by the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, Pardons & Parole (THOR). In addition to individual & group counseling, bible study and devotions, drug and alcohol education, relapse prevention and spiritual guidance we also provide a family education day for those that are closest to the client.Through a unique Christ-centered approach and a specialized six-week circulatory curriculum we have developed an effective, evidence-based, affordable program that focuses on addiction as a lifestyle related health problem with biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual dimensions.Our proven program helps return men and women back to a path of productivity, prosperity, happiness, and to their families, jobs, churches and communities.We provide separate programs for our men and women.
