ABOUT DONNIE MUNRO
I head up Harper Macleod’s Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory group, which is recognised as one of the leading teams in this field in Scotland. I specialise in M&A and business succession planning. I have over 30 years\' experience working with clients to support them in meeting their growth potential and achieving their ambitions. My contribution to the family-owned business sector was recognised at previous Scottish Family Business Awards where I was awarded the Chairman’s Award in recognition of creating one of the first university courses in the UK dealing with family business and the law. I am independently recognised in the latest editions of Chambers UK and The Legal 500 in Corporate/M&A.
