I’m a public sector IT strategist and relationship-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience helping government organizations modernize technology, strengthen governance, and deliver better outcomes for citizens. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, policy, and people, building trust with executives, technical specialists, agency leaders, and vendors while translating complex business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.As the former Chief Customer Relations Officer for the Arkansas Office of State Technology, I led statewide customer engagement, enterprise project management, governance, and partnership efforts throughout the state. I’m known as a collaborative, customer-centric advisor who bridges the gap between technical teams and decision-makers, drives strong stakeholder alignment, and helps organizations navigate change with clarity and confidence.I currently serve as an IT Counselor to government organizations, advising leaders on strategy, governance, vendor relationships, and modernization initiatives.
