Responsible for directing and managing the Agency’s Space Management Program. Negotiates the acquisition of physical office and storage space, adapting existing space or leasing additional space for the Agency as well as internal allocations, renovations and maintenance. Plans for the Agency’s space requirements and facilities based on anticipated volume of operations, known potential changes in function, workflow, and plans for expansion and contraction of operations.Administers, manages and directs the Agency’s audit follow-up program, and the Agency’s directives System/Administrative Manual.Administers and manages the Agency’s Central Services Budget.Responsible for planning and directing the Agency’s Physical Security and Safety Programs, and Continuity of Operations Planning. Develops and coordinates the Occupancy Emergency Preparedness Plan and develops and coordinates the physical security facilities self-protectionprograms. Ensures that these programs comply with Department of Homeland Security, GeneralServices Administration, and the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration’s (OSHA) regulations
