ABOUT DONNIE J. PEREZ
Donnie J. Perez is currently a Lead Product Owner for CME Group, the world\'s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace. Donnie has years of experience in IT Consulting during his time at SWC Technology Partners (a BDO Company USA) and Saggezza. While working as a consultant, Donnie helped build solutions for clients in various industries such as healthcare, food and beverage, security, and financial services. He has played many roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Analyst. Consulting has allowed Donnie to work on several different technologies (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint, Power BI, and custom application development solutions).Donnie also has great experience outside of consulting. While working as an IT Business Analyst for Kerry Group, a global leader in the taste and nutrition industry, he was responsible for the successful implementation of ERP Software (SAP) for Kerry\'s locations in the Latin America Region such as Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Prior to working in the Information Technology Industry, Donnie worked in managerial roles for two major security companies - Titan Security and Alliedbarton Security – providing security operations and client support for various commercial and residential properties. While servicing Digital Realty Datacenter as a security manager, Donnie grew a great appreciation for technology. This motivated him to pursue higher education and he then obtained his Masters in Management Information Systems from The University of Illinois at Chicago\'s Liautaud School of Business in May 2016. Donnie is truly passionate about learning new technologies/languages, working in the Agile/Scrum Methodology, and adapting to the evolving technology field. He values education and constantly looks to learn new coding languages while adapting to various softwares or programs. Donnie is also a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
