I feel like it not only motivates me personally, but also applies to all the companies and brands I\'ve had the pleasure to work for and with. Nothing is promised. Nothing is given. Everything is earned. I\'ve seen brands with AMAZING products fail. And I\'ve also seen brands with AMAZING-ly mediocre products thrive. So what gives!IMO it\'s not about the product(s). It\'s about the people. Not consumers. Not customers. Not numbers. They\'re people. And just like you and I, they have real problems. Real concerns. Real daily struggles. If we truly want to connect with our brands\' PEOPLE.then we need to start treating them — and marketing to them — as such. I want to be a better person. I want to treat people (and market to people) the way I want to be treated. I know I\'m not the only one. The real question is who\'s coming with me?
