About Donnie Hampton
I love people and I\'m passionate about coming up with new ways to add value into others lives. After working as a Technology professional for 7 years in the Energy industry, I took a giant leap of faith to leave an amazing company to pursue a road towards helping others through business. To culminate my launch-pad experience, I joined the Big Red family at Cornell University to help continue my growth as a business leader striving to make a larger impact using technology. Post-graduation, I rejoined McKinsey & Company after completing a stint as a co-founder of Purro, an early stage EdTech company that originated out of Ithaca, NY. I’m now based back in the KC area, and I’m cofounding an early stage startup called Roz When I\'m not working, I am usually spending time with my wife Emily, our son Ezra, our daughter Grace, and our newest addition, Elijah. I\'m very much a big kid at heart that loves to learn and have fun adventures with others, so traveling is a big favorite of ours. I am also a musician that loves to write and perform many different genres of music, so I am always up for a good connection with other musicians as well as other aspiring entrepreneurs.
