Support trade show and retail launches of new licensed products. Ensure consistent brand message, product quality and integrity. Responsible for yearly strategic plan that meets or exceeds financial goals of the branded products department. Launch and management of retail licensee program in China. I have been instrumental in growing the revenue of the home furnishings category and redefining our licensed product offerings off property to reflect the quality and style that the Biltmore guest experiences on property.
