Dr. Donnetta Watson, widely known as The Launch Strategist, is a powerhouse in the world of entrepreneurship and business development. With over 38 years of entrepreneurial experience and a Doctorate in Entrepreneurial Studies, she has dedicated her life to equipping Black entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship they need to launch and grow successful businesses. A former U.S. Census Bureau Management Statistician and ex-government leader overseeing multi-state CDC research, Dr. Watson is no stranger to managing high-stakes operations with excellence. Today, she channels that same level of precision and leadership into her role as the founder of The National Black MasterMind Group, The Business Mastery Institute, and The Bridge Builder Coach. Through educational programs like the 8-week Business Mastery BootCamp and the 12-month Business Mastery Program, she guides aspiring and established entrepreneurs on what she calls “The Real Road to Success.” Her work is more than business—it\'s a movement to build sustainable Black-owned enterprises through strategic training, mentorship, and access to resources.
