I am a senior executive search partner with 25 years of experience across executive search, full cycle recruiting, and client management. I have demonstrated success in leading strategic search projects partnering closely with board, C-suite, and senior leadership within a diverse range of Industries across geographies. I focus on working with clients undergoing aggressive growth and transformation. As employee No. 5 I joined MontaRosa to help build a successful and nimble client driven international executive search business. I successfully led business development, strategic talent projects, collaborating with leadership, people partners, and board members across diverse teams within US and Europe for hyper-growth organizations in the PE, Tech, Fintech, and Financial Services industries. Drove client engagements throughout the executive search process working directly with clients. Executed all stages of the search process for C-level roles, partnering with clients undergoing aggressive growth and transformational change. Leading search teams on all aspects of execution from creating content for BD, to research, candidate / client compensation negotiation to final successful placement.
