My 25+ years of industry experience spans all phases of drug development. I have held leadership positions at both Large Pharmaceutical organizations and Functional Service Providers giving me insight regarding goals and processes from both perspectives. This understanding has helped me build long-term client relationships with mutual trust and shared accountability. As part of the Intego leadership team, I am involved across various areas including strategic growth, enhancing operational processes, relationship management, and University partnerships Prior to Intego, I led a Functional Service Solutions initiative at MMS serving as a bridge across Operations, Project Management, Business Development and Client Relations with a focus on strategic growth and enhanced productivity through our FSP relationships. At Experis Solutions, I led the Life Sciences Analytics team, establishing and managing their first global operations offices in Ukraine in partnership with Intego. This effort included a University program and internship run by the Kharkiv office. I started my Pharmaceutical career as a preclinical bench scientist at Parke Davis and then as Associate Director of Medical Writing at Pfizer.
