   Founder and principal owner of 3 Tier Beverages. I started the company in 2019 with zero clients and have watched it grow into a data and analytics partner that now supports more than 300 brands across the beverage industry.I lead the vision, strategy and senior client relationships for 3 Tier, but the real strength of the company is the team. Their work with suppliers, distributors and retailers helps clients understand their business, identify opportunities and make clear decisions. Together we support planning, market strategy, pricing, distributor alignment and ongoing business reviews for leadership and commercial teams across the country.Staying close to the work and close to the people is the core of my role. I support the team, guide our analytics tools and service standards and manage the data relationships that power our ecosystem including NIQ, VIP and any other sources our clients rely on.My job is simple… protect the company I built, support the people who make it run and make sure our clients get the clarity they need to grow.
