Since November 2022, my focus has been driving a project to introduce a new automated ATS platform and new Ways of Working with our internal recruitment and compliance teams. This included working with stakeholders to review all processes, identifying opportunities for successful automation, defining a revised RACI in line with our new approach and writing specifications for our IT team to build the new platform. I closely supported a pilot and a 6 month roll out of the new platform, monitoring the effectiveness of the automation and outcomes being achieved, identifying areas for continuous improvement and looking at success measures. I work closely with our recruitment and compliance teams to support the embedding of core processes and Ways of Working within the team, and also gain support from key stakeholders such as our Operations teams.
