Recruitment is my bread and butter, but it is also so much more than that. For over 20 years, I have worked in the recruitment industry and it is unique in that excellent recruitment can truly change lives and transform businesses. In fact, just working in the recruitment industry has shaped my life. I started working at Select in 2001 as Executive Manager in the Peterborough office. I took on the management of a struggling business and within five years developed the team and the working environment into a successful profit-making entity - even winning the accolade of Best Improved Office. In 2006, I became the first manager to invest directly in the Select Appointments Franchise, taking on the Peterborough office and paving the way for several other managers to invest in their own businesses. By 2011, I took the opportunity to deepen my roots in the East and opened a second Select office in Lincoln. Today, both offices work together to provide a full recruitment service to numerous industries across the region. Whether you are an employer or a candidate, my team and I are here to help.
