Business Operations | Human Resources | Management I am a Business Operations/Human Resources professional with the proven ability to successfully work with and understand the various needs of different levels and departments within an organization. I excel at capturing the “big picture “ while filling multiple roles, supporting short- and long-range planning. I’m a strong proponent of continued employee development/training/education as a means to achieving mutual success for both the organization and the employee. Having been a business owner in the commercial construction industry for 15 years, I understand the challenges and obstacles faced in navigating the cyclical nature of the business climate. I hold the designation of Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, earned a Master of Science degree in Management focused on employee motivation, a Bachelors degree in Education, and am a Certified Coach. My Masters thesis topic, “Expectancy Theory and the Effects of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Factors on Employee Motivation”, has fueled my passion for the coaching/mentoring of employees at all levels of the organization and providing them with every opportunity to further their professional development.
