Project crosses 7 lines of business and will involve 1500 users.• Integration Layer Upgrade – Upgrade all aspects of our integration layer – hardware, software base. Multiple release schedule to transition successfully with minimal impact to clients. • Mobile Banking Apps and Mobile Deposit – Introduce Mobile Banking Apps and upgrade Alerts functionality. Manage vendor, large team consisting of IT, Marketing, Communications, Training, eBanking, Infrastructure, Call Center, and Branch Support among others. Project completed successfully and immediately moved to Mobile Deposit, implemented within 6 months of Mobile Banking. • Data Warehouse initiatives – Closely work with our data warehouse team to move our marketing data mart from an external vendor to our data warehouse. Expand data sources to data warehouse to drive significant reporting from same source and automate reporting. • Fraud and Loss Management – Work with our Fraud and Loss Management team to build a system to easily track, classify and provide case management of losses due to fraud and overdrafts Implementation of vendor solution to monitor transactions, creating behavioral patterns that assist in identifying potential fraudulent transactions.
