   As the Executive Director of the Thayer Street District Management Authority (TSDMA) the primary responsibilities of this part time position include upholding the Business Improvement District\'s mission and overseeing the TSDMA\'s finances, operations, marketing/branding/programming, communications, administration, and project management at the instruction of the Board of Directors. Thayer Street Planning Study Stakeholder Committee Member, TSDMA Liaison to College Hill Neighborhood Association (CHNA) and Thayer Merchants Association. Manage the Annual Installation, Transportation, Winter Storage and Landscaping of Parklet Manage On-going Graffiti and Trash Removal Managed District Tree Well and Sidewalk Improvement Project Managed Bike Repair Station Purchase & Installation Project Created Pop-Up Art Exhibition with Brown Student Group, ArtbeatThe TSDMA was established by Thayer Street property owners and granted status to operate as a \'Business Improvement District\' by the City of Providence Code of Ordinances and in accordance with RI General Law 45-59-14(b) in January 2006. As a Business Improvement District, the TSDMA oversees the management and maintenance of the district bounded from Waterman Street north to Bowen Street.
