Forums are made up of 8-12 members from similarly sized, but non-competing organizations providing an opportunity to share challenges and best practices while leveraging the collective experience and expertise of the group for the purpose of self-development, growing the business and getting results. Membership includes half-day monthly meetings, an annual planning retreat, and ongoing executive coaching. I facilitate the process for the Executive Forum group to work on strategic planning, business development, leadership issues, marketing strategy, team building, change management, talent management and more, through the power of peer mentoring and peer learning.
