In 2002, I took a huge risk and founded my own record company!I spearheaded all project management for boutique record label with clients in US and Europe and oversaw all managerial functions including talent management, tour planning & travel, promotional development, collateral design, and media relations.Business went so well for the jazz and pop musicians that we formed a second label that helps all genres, gospel, country, folks, hip-hip - all types of music.I successfully managed all legal, accounting, marketing, and general business administration. I also maintained six websites for two businesses, one non-profit organization and three artists, including graphics development & placement, social networking, and production/tracking of marketing materials.
