Ethicore is an agency specialising in improving The Third Sector, increasing impacts, shaping economic models and creating engagement strategies. I work as an associate and have led multiple projects across the third sector. Clients have included Oxfam, National Trust, Christian Aid, CARE International, Action Aid, World Vision. Example projects: GRANT STRATEGY INSIGHTS Working with ViiV Positive Action (GSK) to review funding strategy pre-2020 and to provide insights and recommendations for post 2020 granting approach, team structures and more. Development of a communications framework to facilitate reporting on pre-2020 funding impact. CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS, CHRISTIAN AIDChristian Aid wanted to improve their relationships with SMEs. They have a strong corporate team at national level, but require regional staff to establish relationships with local businesses- Co-created a corporate engagement strategy for the regional teams, designed to tackle cultural biases towards corporate sector- Designed an engagement toolkit and training day for regional staff outlining routes for engagement and conversation guides that would enable them to link corporate partnerships with their own values. NATURAL CHILDHOOD SUMMIT, NATIONAL TRUST plus other partnersThe National Trust wanted to establish a collaborative approach to reconnecting children with nature. They required help designing and delivering a major stakeholder event, to bring together key players in the field and create a shared manifesto and relationships that could form the foundation of significant change- Designed stakeholder event for 120 key across the third, health and conservation sectors - Responsible for leading workshops during a day long event, managing other facilitators- Supported open discussions between groups with different priorities- Developed a manifesto outlining shared ambitions for the organisations to sign up to
