As a successful hospital and ambulatory operations and finance executive, I am committed to improving population health by providing innovative, best-in-class care that minimizes costs while optimizing revenue. I’m achievement-oriented and self-motivated, with the drive to be the best. In my 10 plus years of healthcare leadership, I\'ve developed a reputation as a transformational leader and change catalyst by developing new services, leading large-scale projects, and driving turnarounds using data analytics and best practices. Contributions: • Increasing access to pediatric services through evaluation of center operations, development of multi-disciplinary centers, and launch of a pediatric health home center, an innovative care coordination program for the sickest patients and their families. • Driving large-scale turnaround initiatives and revenue optimization projects that resulted in strong profits for the organization. • Leading the strategic planning and readiness development for a large-scale relocation of a free-standing children’s hospital inpatient tower and outpatient centers to new facilities located on a large urban medical campus. My leadership philosophy is that success cannot be achieved without a high performing team.
