Regional Diverse Segments Manager (RDSM) creates, directs and implements regional and local tactical marketing plans to develop a significant market share in first time home buyers, ethnic minority and immigrant communities and with low and moderate-income homebuyers; employs a full range of programs and services to capitalize on current and future market opportunities in those specific markets; increases the visibility of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. through partnerships, strategic alliances. Provide leadership and support to the regional team including Area and Branch managers.Execute and implement field marketing initiatives for the sale and promotion of mortgage products via the Affordable Home Tours, Center Stage, Homebuyer Workshops and Joint Sales Calls. Provide market specific training to Home Mortgage Consultants (\"HMCs\").Create and execute pilot programs designed to develop the HMC\'s business pipeline Responsible for recruiting DS focused and diverse Home Mortgage Consultants (HMC).Manage local Housing Foundation budget for non-profit organizations targeting new homebuyers and affordable housing development. Managed internal corporate relationships including, Wells Fargo Bank, Private Client Services and the Community Bank with regards to leveraging a marketing budget.Create advertising campaigns for realtors, alliance organizations and first time home buyersServed as Co-Chair for B/AA Team Member Network to enhance the experience of employees in Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia and West Virginia.
