About Donna Justice

A professional with 30 years of experience as a marketing and development leader in international development and higher education. Extensive expertise in building and implementing brand, strategic marketing plans, and integrated communications, including serving as the founding director of marketing and communications at the UC Davis School of Education for 12 years. Expert in supervision, supporting C-Suite executives, developing early career professionals, coaching and mentoring peers, and leading direct reports across a range of marcom skill sets. Specialist in branding, public relations, culturally relevant coaching and leadership, training in interpersonal and external communications, strategic planning, tactical implementation, and executive communications. I received my training as a coach from the University of California, Davis, and hold Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. I also hold a master’s degree in English and have spent a great deal of my career directing strategic communications, mentoring and teaching college students and young adults, and coaching professionals. I am an affiliate member of the Institute for Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation.As a coach, I am passionate about partnering with clients on career and life transitions, leadership development, interpersonal communications and relationships, work-life balance, emotional resilience, and self-efficacy.
