I am insanely curious about how to navigate change and uncertainty in our professional careers. I support former elite-level college athletes, from basketball players to competitive dancers, to thrive in their professional careers - to move as emerging business leaders \"from their now to their next.\" It starts with what is familiar to my clients - a rigorous coaching relationship. As your executive coach, I will Position You to Win.® It’s fairly routine that business organizations recruit professionals who can solve technical business issues. But, in today’s complex business environments, employers are looking for something more. They want professionals who have a winning, creative mindset. A mindset where talent can focus on long-term priorities, adapt to change quickly, and lead innovative business outcomes. On its face, this could appear fairly straightforward. My clients are high-performers. They are comfortable in setting performance goals. They are both highly-motivated and self-disciplined. So why do clients feel as if after more than 6 - 8 years in their careers, something is missing. They don’t feel as if they have mastered taking what they have demonstrated on the field, court, or on the rink to their business practices. What get’s in the way of duplicating success they are so accustomed to experiencing? This is where my role as executive coach adds value. I have supported clients across diverse business industries to accelerate advancing in their careers. My clients benefit from my combined corporate, management consulting and global professional coaching experiences. Clients gain strategic insights on global leadership principles based on my experience in building and engaging high-performing teams. I support each of my clients in creating a professional brand that aligns with his/her athletic experiences, business acumen and career vision.
