Prior to starting my training company, MOSTraining, in 2004, I taught for a nationally recognized company and received multiple Trainer-of-the-Year awards in recognition of outstanding performance. Technology is part of our daily lives both professionally and personally and it changes at a rapid pace. It takes professional ongoing training for people to keep up with what has changed and learn what is new.My training style encompasses helping people to feel calm, comfortable, and inspired to learn. I take what is complex and make it simple to learn. Classes are both interesting and fun. In fact, I have been told that I can even make writing Excel formulas and performing data analysis using Pivot Tables fun - it\'s true, I can!What distinguishes my work is the custom approach I take in helping companies design their training programs to fill the knowledge gaps. Part of ensuring a successful learning outcome is identifying what people don’t know and then customizing the sessions to fill those knowledge gaps. This is my specialty – tailoring learning experiences to meet specific needs and goals. Alongside that is the hands-on work that students perform during class. Over the years, I have educated tens of thousands across various industries and job roles. My mission is making technology approachable and empowering for everyone.My skills also include public speaking, personal branding and digital marketing. As an entrepreneur, I am versed in many areas that will benefit a company seeking training for their teams, Classes can be conducted both onsite (onsite within a 100-mile radius of Birmingham, AL) and online.
