I handle all social media, monthly newsletters, I redesigned and maintain the company website. Responsible for ad placements & design, customer retention, market analysis, photos and videos for marketing purposes. I act as manager for our customer service team. As with everyone in our small office we wear many hats. We answer phones, schedule services, assist customers in our retail store, whatever is needed. We all work better when we work as a team. The strong family vibe among the staff makes it that much better.
