About Donna Dimke

HR Leader with a science background: Helping translate the science of people to people in science. I am an HR leader best known for transforming teams to maximize organizational performance and increase employee engagement. Because I have spent time within the business several times within my career, I have a unique perspective of how HR provides value within science driven organizations. I have unified and improved the performance of a variety of teams —including senior R&D team, clinical development teams, and department management teams, as well as the HR team itself. I have a real passion for developing authentic and effective partnerships with my peers, leaders and employees. I consistently identified and developed solutions for organizational gaps. If there was a cross functional issue –people, program or process related- I was the go-to to get it fixed. This was due to the credibility, results and the networks I built. I drive a relentless focus on building organizational and cultural alignment through many periods of change – high growth, reductions and transformation. I created strategic partners – and did not settle for high performing tacticians -in multiple functions (Project Management, HR and Continuous Improvement) that were able to anticipate and solve critical business issues.
