   A fun and interesting respite from the corporate world! The popularity of this new and exciting dinning and entertainment venue in northern NJ exploded faster than anyone could have predicted. With that, came some challenges in areas such as developing processes for reservation management and training front end staff in a business that typically has a short retention rate of part-time help. The quality of the food, the management, and the front of house and back of house staff made this a truly enjoyable challenge.
