I am a financial growth expert with over 20 years of experience working with innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as an Independent Board Director and CFO in the technology, healthcare and life sciences sectors. I possess expertise in IPOs, financing and setting up the operational and corporate governance infrastructure to scale.As a CFO, I developed and implemented governance policies, a quarterly risk management assessment process and an internal controls framework, prior to taking three companies public on the CSE, TSX-V, TSX and NASDAQ.
