Premium carp fishing brand, leading manufacturer and supplier of fishing tackle and bait, with a sales presence across Europe.Pivotal cross functional senior management role reporting to the CFO, working with teams across the business to deliver sustainable improvements, leading and influencing business projects and objectives, supporting a strong culture of continuous improvement and value creation.Highlights- • Supporting the existing key business change program, associated with the implementation of the new ERP system (Rootstock / Salesforce), B2B and B2C website design via Shopify, integration, UAT, issue capture, resolution management and communication alignment • Research, design and implementation of a new interactive cross business communication tool, to support and promote ‘one team’ (Viva Engage) • Requirements, testing and delivery of project to insource IT Helpdesk and ticket management system• Design, build and implementation of automated process workflow to manage supplier invoice approvals by cost center budget owners (Smartsheet workflow)• Review and documentation of commercial workflows, identification of blockers, dependencies and RACI for deployment• Provision of SME support to improve visibility, accuracy and reduce process waste • Implementation of a robust and secure ‘Whistleblower’ process to meet Polish legal and GDPR requirements
