About My Work ExperienceFor the majority of my adult life, I’ve had the opportunity to work in manufacturing and specifically the automotive industry, which has presented many learning experiences in product development. Having the fortune of working with talented people from across the globe has provided invaluable lessons about different cultures, but most of all a realization that we are all very similar.In every job function, I\'ve been able to work with the business owners to ascertain requirements, translate requirements into technical specifications, design and develop software, and create successful deployment plans. With a strong background in software development, strategic planning and program management are key functions that I have successfully achieved.Working well with others by extending respect for others\' opinions, while being able to articulate a point a view creates a cohesive and positive work environment.
