About Donna Tonioni
The mortgage industry became my passion in 1986 and I have made it my lifelong mission to improve the mortgage lifecycle. I am a self-starter and believe there is always something new to learn no matter what. Removing barriers to the “we’ve always done it that way” mentality and introducing new ways to think about the end goal is my main objective. I am a big picture thinker and view where in the end to end process improvements can benefit. I have spent a great deal of time involved in Project Management in many corporate level projects which led me into Product Management. I definitely love a challenge! I am always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes through technology!
