I didn’t want to build a brand. I wanted to build people. But when I got the chance to lead BNI Maritimes, to support chapters across Atlantic Canada, connect people who genuinely care and make sure no one falls through the cracks. I was all in. I had to say yes! Because this isn’t just about networking. It’s about community. In this role, I get to- Support chapters with real tools and strategies (not pep talks, I promise!)- Help members uncover opportunities they’re missing inside their own membership - Create spaces where people feel seen, respected and proud of what they do - Make introductions that turn into connections, collaboration and clients, not just small talk We’ve already seen BNI chapters across the region grow stronger just by putting these simple shifts into practice.
