I support teams of Case Officers that provide a range of supports to those referred from the DSP to the LAES in our catchment area, including CV preparation, interview skills, career development, technology for work skills, social welfare supports and access to other public services that could assist the persons return to employment and activation.I was involved in organising an Employment Fair in September 2023 which was an initiative to meet the needs of people experiencing unemployment and employers who are finding it difficult to recruit staff.I carry out monthly file audits to ensure a high quality service is maintained.
