With nearly thirty years of experience in organizational change and learning strategies, I contribute to large-scale system implementations by applying structured change management frameworks. At TEKsystems, I supported the organizational change strategy development and execution that contributed to the company-wide transformation of strategic reporting platform to meet statutory and regulatory reporting requirements at Tennessee Valley Authority.
